PROGRAM OUTCOMES
- Have sufficient knowledge of mathematics, science, basic engineering, computer computing, and related engineering discipline-specific subjects within the framework of Electrical-Electronic Engineering and use this knowledge in solving complex engineering problems.
- Identifies, formulates and analyzes complex Electrical-Electronic Engineering problems using basic science, mathematics, and engineering knowledge and considering the UN Sustainable Development Goals* related to the problem addressed and those related to Electrical-Electronic Engineering.
- Designs creative solutions to complex engineering problems encountered in Electrical-Electronic Engineering applications and designs complex systems, processes, devices or products to meet current and future requirements considering realistic constraints and conditions.
- Selects and uses appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and informatics tools, including estimation and modeling, for the analysis and solution of complex Electrical-Electronic Engineering problems, while also being aware of their limitations.
- Uses research methods including literature research, designing experiments, conducting experiments, collecting data, analyzing and interpreting results to examine complex Electrical-Electronic Engineering problems.
- Knows the impacts of Electrical-Electronic Engineering practices on society, health and safety, economy, sustainability, and environment within the scope of the UN Sustainable Development Goals* and knows the legal implications of engineering solutions.
- Acts in accordance with the principles of the engineering profession*, knows his/her ethical responsibilities and is knowledgeable about acting impartially and inclusively of diversity, without discrimination in any subject.
- Works effectively as a team member or leader individually and in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary teams (face-to-face, remote, or mixed).
- Communicates effectively verbally and in writing on technical issues, taking into account the various differences of the target audience (such as education, language, and profession).
- Knows business practices such as project management and economic feasibility analysis and has knowledge about entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Learns independently and continuously, adapts to new and developing technologies and can think critically about technological changes.
